Directions to Portstewart
Directions from Dublin to Portstewart (Approx. 4 hours 30 minutes drive)
Take the N1 North to Dundalk, then the A1 North to M1 to Belfast (see from Belfast).

Directions from Belfast to Portstewart (Approx. 1 hour 10 minutes drive)
Take the M2 to Ballymena, then the A26 to Coleraine. Upon entering Portstewart Town Centre ( Anchor Bar on left hand side upon entering promenade), take 1st left into the crescent where St Mary's Star of the Sea church can be found.

Directions from Derry to Portstewart
A6 Derry to Coleraine. At the Lodge Roundabout on the outskirts of Coleraine, follow the sign for A2 to Portstewart. Upon entering Portstewart Town Centre ( Anchor Bar on left hand side upon entering promenade), take 1st left into the crescent where St Mary's Star of the Sea church can be found.

Directions from Larne to Portstewart (Approx. 1 hour)
Take the B36 towards Ballymena. Join M2 to Ballymena, then the A26 to Coleraine. Upon entering Portstewart Town Centre ( Anchor Bar on left hand side upon entering promenade), take 1st left into the crescent where St Mary's Star of the Sea church can be found.

Directions to Redcastle
Directions from Belfast to Redcastle (Approx. 1 ˝ hour drive - kms)
Join the M2 motorway (signposted M2 The North, Larne, International Airport, Docks (N). Continue onto the M22 (signposted The North, Larne, International Airport, L’derry). At Drumderg Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A6 (signposted L’derry, Magherafelt). Continue on A6 following signpost for L’derry via Glenshane Pass and Dungiven. At Altnagelvin (Hospital) Roundabout take the 3rd exit (signposted Coleraine/Limavady). Take 2nd exit at Caw Roundabout and cross Foyle Bridge. At Culmore Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A2 (signposted Moville) At border with Republic of Ireland continue forward onto the R238. Entering Muff continue forward onto the R238. Entering Quigley’s Point continue 5km approx. Carlton Redcastle Hotel Entrance on right.

Directions from Derry City Airport to Redcastle (20mins drive – kms)
Exit Airport and turn right onto A2 (signposted City Centre). Take 3rd exit at Caw Roundabout and cross Foyle Bridge. At Culmore Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A2 (signposted Moville) At border with Republic of Ireland continue forward onto the R238. Entering Muff continue forward onto the R238. Entering Quigley’s Point continue 5km approx. Carlton Redcastle Hotel Entrance on right

Directions from Dublin to Redcastle (Approx. 4hours drive – kms)
Take Northbound - N2 (signposted Derry) via Carrickmacross bypass. Entering Monaghan continue on the N2 (signposted Omagh /Derry). At border with Northern Ireland continue onto the A5 (signposted Omagh) At Ballygawley Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A5 (signposted Omagh/Strabane) Continue through Omagh and Strabane bypass on A5 (signposted Londonderry, Ballymagorry) Entering Derry At Duke Street traffic lights go straight on Waterside Link - A2 (signposted Limavady, Coleraine). Continue A2 (signposted Limavady, Coleraine) At Caw Roundabout Foyle Bridge exit. Cross Foyle Bridge and at Culmore Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A2 (signposted Moville) At border with Republic of Ireland continue forward onto the R238. Entering Muff. Continue forward onto the R238. Entering Quigley’s Point continue 5km approx. Carlton Redcastle Hotel Entrance on right.

Directions to & from Lough Foyle Ferry
Directions from Portstewart to Magilligan to Redcastle (Approx. 40mins)
From Portstewart take the A2 to Coleraine. Stay on the A2 and follow signs for Articlave/Castlerock. Stay on the A2 towards Magilligan. Once past Magilligan follow signs for Lough Foyle Ferry at Magilligan Point (B202).

Upon arriving in the harbour at Greencastle, turn left out of the harbour and follow the road along for 5mins where you will find Redcastle Hotel on the left.

Directions from Greencastle to Magilligan to Portstewart (Approx.40)
Take the Lough Foyle Ferry from Greencastle to Magilligan Point. Follow signs for A2 to Coleraine. Upon arrival in Coleraine, follow signs for A2 to Portstewart. Upon entering Portstewart Town Centre ( Anchor Bar on left hand side upon entering promenade), take 1st left into the crescent where St Mary's Star of the Sea church can be found.
